UNICON · 18 October 2026 · Approved V22 release
Market evidence, with its limits visible.
Included in this release
The approved six-screen experience brings the Overview, Map, Demand, Simulator, Projects and Data Universe together. The complete earlier workspace remains available in Advanced.
- 11,909 retained registration records; the default selected primary-sale cohort contains 2,920. Other selections recalculate their own counts.
- 769 area/layout source entries, 79 separate asking contexts and 259 fresh primary-source findings across 30 projects. Document versions and repeated plans remain separate; these are not counts of unique homes or current stock.
- The accepted 594-home first release retains its seven-size unit mix, buyer budgets, conditional agreement ceiling and 12/8-month sales requirements.

Actual, modeled and unresolved
Source-reported statutory carpet, generic carpet, exclusive terrace, balcony, utility, deck, combined areas and documented saleable labels retain their original definitions. An unverified source convention does not become a verified actual saleable area.
The standardized model is (RERA carpet + separately known exclusive terrace) × (1 + selected loading). Its default is 40%. Unknown terrace is not zero, and the model is not a competitor's actual loading claim.
Advertised prices and marketing possession remain source claims. Dated unit inventory, authority-current possession, actual loading and final mandatory charges stay open wherever evidence does not establish them. Required monthly sales are execution targets, not an absorption forecast.
Retained workflows
Browser-local review decisions keep their evidence, reviewer, timestamp and source values. They do not overwrite original data or become shared authority verification. The physical-survey checklist, older simulator cases, dated reports, downloads and source ledger remain in Advanced.

The existing private hosting audience is retained. This release does not create a Netlify or Vercel deployment and does not change audience permissions. Source access dates do not establish price validity, stock or legal possession.
